Is anyone actually using it? does it work? is it true what they say? I might be going to buy an account (5 bucks for lifetime membership isn't that much, is it?) but I'm not into wasting my money. So, any feedback?

If you have read any of the info on that site . They tell you that you have to go thru one of the sponsored sites to get the $5 lifetime deal (a porn site). I have read what other users on the site have said. You should have no problem with them.

Mate, I've read everything they say on the site but, erm, I don't actually trust 'em enough. No one is gonna say they have old software, slow downloads, problems with payment or whatever. That's why I asked for feedback :D

That is why I did not get a membeship. I rather use a p2p program and you probably get the same results.
I don't trust sites that take you thru a porn site to sign up.

I already do that. In fact, I planned to take what I would download from their site and make torrent releases for the rest of us.

I share the same sentiment albeit with a stricter clause - I refuse to go through not just a porn site but any supplemental webpage. :bear_angry:

I would pay more for something that seems more trustworthy. I advise you don't do it, Keiros.

Well I took the plunge and paid the $4.95 for full releases...Well its buggy to say the least. I tracked a file I wanted from phazeddl and was sent to several options and they were all for fullreleases.com..So I thought it was worth the money to get my file so I belled up to the bar plopped down the cash...I thought hey this sounds great hmmm good download speeds ...hmmm "not"!!!! im lucky to get 3kb on everyone I tried to get..
another thing all the files I wanted showed up on phazddl directing me to full releases and to my surprise now that im a member once I log into the full releases login panel I get wisked away to another webpage that looks entirely different and *Banned Word*ty to say the least. and all them files they say they have on the main intro page do not appear in the real page ...all searches lead no where and all you see is files that have been posted on all the other places you have been to ...same ol *Banned Word* ...nothing new and if you find it good luck getting it downloaded in the next week or 2...
also when they want you to become a member all you see is the nice techy looking website they lure you in with they do not mention you will be using bit torrent and you will be fishing off another page witch looks crappy and pretty much like the scambags that run the outfit...promised zillions of files but mostly *Banned Word* you can get free anywhere else and not pay and more than likely better download speeds they talk about there servers and how great they are making you think your are dl from there stuff nope lies all lies...strictly all bit torrent which I have used in the past and lets be honest bit torrent bites smelly ass....NOPE DONT BUY INTO IT THEY ARE LIEING CHEATING SCAM ARTISTS AND PHAZZDDL HAS GONE TO THE DOGS LETTING THEM ADDVERTISE THERE ...they lure you in with lies of files that they do not have in the first place and if they did you couldn’t download them in 100 yrs...I have paid and used Rapid share and Meguaload ...right now until something better is offered up they are the best ..and they let you use it free with some restrictions. paying them is worth the money if you want to actually pay to get stuff ..and with fast download speeds.....Full releases is nothing more than hype and big long stick with a plastic carrot if you ever catch the carrot you will only find yourself holding the *Banned Word* end of the stick the carrot will disappear.

That's what I thought would happen. You would have bee better off using 9down or another warez site to get what you were looking for.

FULLRELEASES IS A SCAM. Try typing a any name in their search pane and you will get an exact match for that file. Try typing "i am too stupid to see the fullrealeses scam" and see the results :thumbsup2: Also beware of all similar sites.

Stay away from this site, its weird that SiteAdvisor has it marked as green

Just look at this comment  :

Quote

A big scam, they don't have any programs:
searching for a program that doesn't exist (ex. usa nuclear attack program) provides the following search results:
usa nuclear attack program Latest Release - 14.90 MB
usa nuclear attack program *DEVIANCE* - 46.79 MB
usa nuclear attack program Latest version - 1434 MB
and so on... The site's USELESS!

Yup!

And like I always tell my g/f each time she chastises me for refusing to go to strip joints with my buddies - WHY PAY FOR A FRIGGIN' DAIRY COW WHEN YOU ARE ALREADY GETTING THE MILK FOR FREE ..... :whistling2:

EDIT: The site ought to change their name to Foolreleases.

hello to all actually reading this thread, either hoping to find out if full releases.com is a scam or a valid site, i am here to end the argument once and for all.

disclosed below is all information one will ever need to know about this site both good, and bad.

first of all yes they do try to get you to join a porn site for a lifetime membership and at the price of say 4.95 you do get a weeks subscription to hustler, or some other site, im not sure if they had a few or not i just picked rather quickly, although if you do not cancel the subscription to the porn site you end up paying 35-50$ or so, that in itself is a bit of a trick, but i have a job so 4.95 really wasn't the end all of my 'online purchases'

although they do give you a decent sized package of antispyware antivirus, and etc programs do beware though, these files are not official they are pirated programs with cracks and even worse they include a "keygen" program that maybe 1/500 will get you a working key for whatever program you're trying to get to work, but you do download the file at a good download rate (probably from the money they leech off the unsuspecting victims to host this bandwith) a picture is included below of this package.
http://img293.imageshack.us/img293/3779/bonusgiftlk6.th.png
http://img293.images...onusgiftlk6.png

now down to business, fullreleases.com is just a huge list of torrents, they update rather regularly though, and in my experience i have found quite a few torrents on there i was unable to find on say www.torrentreactor.to or www.torrentspy.com, although quite a few of their torrent files are not very high in seeds if they have any at all, and i must admit most every popular file they have is already on any basic torrent search site, etc.

the comments i see above about them saying they have any file just type "bla bla bla 2.0" and it will come up is wrong, yes you may see a banner ad on other sites, such as www.torrentreactor.com and it will say anything and everything you search as being on www.fullreleases.com but the actuall site itself once you are a member does not have this "trick" it will simply give you a list of what you searched for i tried several fake file searches like, how to make a nuclear bomb, etc etc, "match not found" screenshot included below.
http://img186.imageshack.us/img186/3183/searchfeaturelc7.th.png
http://img186.images...hfeaturelc7.png

now there are some features on this site, even when you are a member such as the "self help guide" with a WORD SPECIFIC SEARCH ENGINE, myself i was frustrated and tried to use this guide to find some answers when i had just joined, this feature is rather pathetic to be "kind" and only has say 15 or so total topics to search and dont really provide anyone with peace of mind or any helpfull answers related to the site at all, screenshot included below.
http://img186.imageshack.us/img186/2401/selfhelpguidefk7.th.png
http://img186.images...elpguidefk7.png

now also once a member there is a "support ticket" system, and i swear this site is making me laugh today while im compiling this information for this thread in hopes someone will read it, ive sent several support tickets asking, "do you seed any of the files listed here" "are there any direct downloads on this site" etc, the answers are rather simple and not very informitive, they simply sent me a message back stating i need a torrent application to download their files "duh?" although i have provided yet another screenshot below with responses they have given me.
http://img502.imageshack.us/img502/1228/supportticketrp4.th.png
http://img502.images...rtticketrp4.png

all in all avoid this site, its not worth your money, or time.

I have been a member of FullReleases for over two years. I also have my own Computer Consulltancy, and
Computer Repair company. I have found FullReleases to be one of the most useful sites I have ever found. I
have not checked into the legality of their service, but I suspect they are operating within the law. If you download
copyrighted programs from their site and use them (i.e. YOU breach the copyright regulations) then you are acting
illegally.
To use FullReleases, (as others have written) you have to be aware that all files are downloaded as torrent files. You need
something like Azureus to download them, and this is usually a two step process. Your first download (using Azureus) will be a starter file, this is not the actual program, but once you download this starter file, you then (using Azureus) add this file to your requested downloads, and usually your requested download will start to download. The speed depends very much on where the download is hosted, but depending on the program size, it can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours.
Most times the downloaded files are compressed, often are .rar files, which (once downloaded) will need to be decompressed using something like WINRAR. Also once decompressed the file will be a often be a .ISO disc or similar which you will then need a CD emulator to mount and access the programs.
This is a fairly complicated procedure, I have recommended FullReleases to many people but few have the patience to learn how to use the service.
Software downloaded is not always virus or spyware free, but if you have good anti-virus software it will almost always
catch the problem. Forget that download. FullReleases has usually more than one version you can download. FullReleases is a lot, lot cleaner than say Limewire.
BUT BEWARE, by downloading and USING the software you are a PIRATE and you operate then at your own risk.
You can find most commercially available software on FullReleases (NOT Everything) but their product range is HUGE.
The way I usually work it is to download and try a particular product, then if it's useful, I will purchase a legal and VALID copy from a legitimate supplier. I do not use FullReleases for porn downloads, as they have so much more really useful stuff on there, and as we all know there are huge numbers of porn sites specializing in that area. FullReleases is more about people sharing their programs with others. It has worked very well for me for over two years. But you have to learn how to use the service.

I can't believe you came into this board just to post about Full Releases. Obviously you are making profits from this or you are part of the scam. Full releases more than a service is a robbery.
